After placing your order, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email from us if you pay with your credit card or an email from PayPal if you pay through their system. We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships - usually this is the Monday after you place your order.
Domestic orders ship via US Postal Service and generally arrive in 2 to 7 business days from the ship date. International orders are sent USPS Air Mail and usually arrive within 1 to 4 weeks after shipping, but in rare cases they can take up to 6 weeks.
We cannot guarantee how quickly the US Postal Service delivers mail. The US Postal Service does not provide en route tracking.

Refunds can only be provided within 30 days of the date of sale. Exchanges may be made within 60 days of the date of sale. Items must be returned in new condition. If you'd like to exchange an item, or request a refund, just drop us an email by clicking here and we will arrange for a quick exchange or refund. Be sure to include a note with your name and order number and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Orders returned for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund return shipping, but do pay postage to mail out exchanged items.
